C2 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new store in Exeter city centre for an established international footwear brand.

This isn't about stepping into someone else's store and inheriting the way things have always been done. You'll be there from the beginning - helping recruit your team, creating the right culture and turning a brand-new store into a successful one.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have full ownership of your store and the freedom to lead it with personality.

You'll be:

• Building, leading and developing a brilliant new team

• Creating a welcoming store that customers want to come back to

• Driving sales and celebrating success with your team

• Coaching people and helping them develop

• Taking ownership of commercial performance and targets

• Making sure the store always looks its best

• Keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly

• Creating the energy and culture you want your store to be known for

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys leading people.

You'll already have experience managing a retail store and know how to balance the commercial side of retail with creating a great environment for both your team and your customers.

Experience within footwear, fashion or lifestyle retail would be great, but we're much more interested in finding a strong Store Manager who can bring energy, ideas and great leadership.

You'll be hands-on, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions - but above all, you'll know that great stores are built by great teams.
