Starting salary £25,000 + benefits

We are working with a well-established and respected Estate & Letting Agent in Ballymena to recruit for their new Junior / Trainee Letting Agent.

Working closely with an experienced Agent and with already over 300 properties across the Ballymena area you will be learning all aspects of the role whilst benefiting from an established and respected business, additionally the role offers a genuine career pathway to becoming a Lettings Manager.

In the role you will;

• Handle tenant and landlord enquiries.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Support applications, referencing and tenancy paperwork.
• Prepare listings and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inspections, check-ins and key management.
• Follow lettings procedures and legislation.

What we are looking for…

• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
• Confident using email, Microsoft Office and database systems
• Positive, dependable and willing to learn
• Previous customer service, sales or property experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, where required
