The Governing body of All Hallows CofE Primary School are looking to appoint a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.

This is a varied, busy, and hands-on role. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; knowledge of and the ability to undertake various maintenance and repair works, be proactive and able to demonstrate the ability to work under their own initiative. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the school site, and will want the site to look its best at all times, as well as being able to ensure all relevant administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard to ensure compliance.

You will work closely with the School Business Manager and Headteacher to ensure that regulations are followed and adhered to throughout. For further details, please see the job description.

Previous experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous, but not essential.

Hours: Full time (37.5hours) Holidays to be taken during school holidays

Split Shifts Monday – Friday 6am-10.30am, 3pm-6pm (flexible hours during school holidays)

Some out of hours work may on occasion be required to:

• Ensure the security of the site for example, to lock up after parents evening, respond to the alarm system
  
• Attend training
  
• Meet contractors
