Premises Manager at The Rowan Schools 

NJC Band G, Point 20 - 25 currently £33,672 - £37,562 (26/27)

We are looking for a committed and experienced Premises Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of our school premises across a designated multi-school site.

The role will be responsible for:

• Health and safety, security, maintenance and cleaning, including building maintenance and the cleanliness and maintenance of furnishings, fixtures, plant and heavy equipment.
• Line management of premises staff, including their deployment across other sites and performance management.
• Oversight of external contractors working across the designated multi-school site premises.

This is an important role in ensuring our school environments are safe, secure, well maintained and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a confidential medical questionnaire and may be required to undergo a medical examination. 

The Trust may carry out an online search on shortlisted candidates as part of our due diligence and in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education. This may help identify incidents or issues that have happened and are publicly available online, which we may wish to explore with you at interview.
