An exciting opportunity to lead a thriving Catholic Primary School and Nursery as we begin a new chapter, joining Our Lady Help of Christians Multi-Academy Trust. We are looking for an inspiring and motivated Head Teacher to build on our strong foundations and help shape the future direction of our school community.

• Provides inspirational, strategic leadership, with a proven record of raising standards and high expectations for every pupil.
• Champions the school’s Catholic life and mission, with safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of decision-making.
• Inspires and develops staff, values teamwork and builds strong relationships with pupils, families, governors, parish and the wider community.
• Demonstrates integrity, resilience, compassion and excellent communication, enabling every pupil and staff member to flourish and reach their full potential.
