About the role

As a Process Lead at KP Snacks, you’ll play a key role in driving manufacturing performance through data, problem-solving and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead, you’ll be responsible for Daily Management System (DMS) processes, helping identify and eliminate losses while building capability across the production team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing performance, improving processes and coaching others. You’ll use structured problem-solving techniques to identify opportunities, recommend solutions and support the delivery of operational excellence. Through collaboration, data-driven decision making and a continuous improvement mindset, you'll help maximise line performance, improve efficiency and ensure sustainable results.

What will you be doing?

• Owning and developing Daily Management Systems by leading Centre Line Management and Changeover DMS activities that improve line performance, consistency and operational efficiency

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through health checks, data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify equipment and process opportunities

• Coaching and building capability across the team by working closely with Equipment Owners, Line Leads and colleagues to share best practice and support skills development

• Reducing losses and improving performance through the identification and elimination of machine losses, optimisation of changeovers and implementation of sustainable countermeasures

• Using data to support decision making by analysing trends, improving reporting systems and providing recommendations that enhance operational performance
