About the role
Job Description
Salary: £13.92 - £14.36 per hour
Additional payment: plus 10% extra for qualifying unsocial hours (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) £14.82 - £15.29 per hour
Locations & hours available:
· West Wiltshire / Trowbridge – 37 & 22.5 hours /week

What you will do
· Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
· Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
· Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
· Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Who we are looking for
· Caring, empathetic, and dependable
· Comfortable working independently and in a team
· Understanding of elderly or disabled people's needs
· No formal qualifications needed – we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
