Do you enjoy taking a product from concept through to launch and seeing it succeed in the marketplace?
We're recruiting for a growing international lifestyle brand seeking a Product Manager to join its expanding product team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing consumer product categories through the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and supplier development through to launch and ongoing performance.
This opportunity suits an experienced Product Executive, Product Development Executive, NPD professional, or Product Manager looking to take greater ownership in a fast-paced, innovative business.
The Role
- Manage physical products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Develop new product concepts alongside internal stakeholders
- Create detailed product briefs, specifications and launch plans
- Work closely with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
- Coordinate product sampling, testing and approvals
- Manage product costings, pricing and margin considerations
- Support compliance, quality and packaging development
- Coordinate successful product launches across multiple markets
- Review product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain teams
About You
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience developing and launching physical consumer products. You may currently be working within:
- Consumer goods, Lifestyle products, Gaming accessories, Consumer electronics, Fashion accessories, Homewares, Outdoor or Leisure products
You'll ideally have:
- Product Management, Product Development or NPD experience
- Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Commercial awareness including costings and margins
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A genuine passion for consumer products
