As a Parts Co-ordinator, you'll be the trusted point of contact for customers who rely on you to get the right parts to the right place, on time. As a Parts Co-ordinator, you will benefit from: Hybrid working, with a mix of home and office-based days Private medical insurance and life insurance A health and wellbeing programme Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking A supportive, inclusive environment where your development is genuinely encouraged As a Parts Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include: Managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries from start to finish Keeping customers regularly updated on order status and delivery schedules Working with sales colleagues on pricing, quotations and commercial terms Coordinating with internal departments and suppliers so that orders are fulfilled accurately Maintaining customer master data and handling instructions with care Helping to resolve order discrepancies in a calm, professional way As a Parts Co-ordinator, your experience will include: A background in customer service, order processing, sales support or parts coordination Experience handling customer quotations and orders Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with SAP experience an advantage Experience in a spare parts, engineering, manufacturing, marine or industrial environment would be a bonus, as would a degree or 2 to 3 years in supply chain management If you're looking for a steady, people-focused role where your reliability makes a real difference to customers worldwide, this could be the perfect next step.
