Location: Bradford BD4
Salary: £35,000 + bonus
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations at our Bradford (BD4) site. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, team performance, and health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives and supervisors
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer demands
• Manage warehouse systems and reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience within distribution/ logistics
• Good understanding of inventory management systems
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
