Data Entry Executive

Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional attention to detail? Do you enjoy working with data, spotting inaccuracies and ensuring information is accurate and well organised?

We're recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Executive to join a friendly and collaborative team located between Malton and York for around 9-months. You must be able to drive and have your own transport due to the location.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate data that supports customers and colleagues across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Interpreting and inputting supplier contract rates and cost information into internal systems
• Creating and maintaining accurate product and holiday records
• Updating holiday itineraries to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Responding to data and process queries from colleagues across the business
• Using Microsoft Excel and Power BI reports to manage workload and identify trends
• Working collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy
• Processing large volumes of information while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous administration or data entry experience with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team

This role will be worked Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, depending on your availability, earning £13.45 per hour.

Please note: This role is based between Malton and York. Due to the rural location, own transport is essential.
