Bookings Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Booking Coordinator to join a family run boutique travel company based in Dunmow.

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for longevity and career growth.

As the Bookings Coordinator you will be trained and work closely with one other two Booking Managers, who report directly to the 2 Directors. You will also work closely with on-the-ground teams of approximately 30 Area Managers/ Managers and cleaners in France and Ireland.

You’ll be the first port of call for guests enquiring to book on email and over the phone. You will need to get to know over 150 properties and be able to answer queries about these properties

This role requires someone who is computer literate and good with numbers as you will be needing to give out quotes to customers

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is very customer focussed, likes to travel (yes, you will get to go out to multiple locations across Europe)

HOURS: 35 hours per week including weekend work on alternate weekends. Days off in the week will be allocated to balance weekend work. Bank Holidays are rotated between the bookings team for days off in lieu.
