Sales Executive

Location: Fareham
Salary: £25,750 basic + uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join its growing sales team.

The Role

• Contact businesses and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Motivated by targets, rewards and earning potential.
• Resilient, proactive and self-driven.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
