We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join their operation in Hartlepool.
The Role: As an HGV Class 1 C+E Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of products on behalf of our client and their customers.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join their operation in Hartlepool.
The Role: As an HGV Class 1 C+E Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of products on behalf of our client and their customers.
Your duties will include:
- Completing deliveries and collections to customer premises and other company locations.
- Carrying out general HGV driving duties in accordance with current legislation and best practice.
- Using electronic proof of delivery (POD) systems and other transport technology.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of the vehicle where required.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.
- Complying with drivers' hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
To be considered for this HGV Class 1 Driver position, you will need:
- A full UK C+E licence.
- Held Class 1 licence for at least 1 year.
- Excellent driving skills and a professional approach.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- No previous disqualifications, including DD, TT, DR, CD or IN offences.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A good understanding of drivers' hours and WTD regulations.
