Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 base salary (exclusive of weekend working) On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £51,000 (including weekend overtime) About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading compliance and surveying practice. In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties while supporting clients with specialist technical advice and accurate survey reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, and Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG264 guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited testing facilities.
• Complete detailed survey reports and floor plan drawings using electronic survey software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing technical guidance and specialist advice.
• Liaise with Quality teams, Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and site supervisors while representing the organisation in a professional manner at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognized equivalent).
• Solid practical experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
