Pastry Chef de Partie – MT2273

A multi outlet luxury Town hotel, that offers high quality, award winning 2AA Rosette dining along with along with less formal and relaxed dining is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join its brigade of chefs in the separate Pastry Kitchen. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a varied role preparing desserts, breads, and pastry items for the restaurants, banqueting department and afternoon teas.

Requirements:

A Pastry Chef de Partie who has a minimum of two years experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment with solid understanding of excellence in customer service.  Needs to have a strong foundation in classical & modern patisserie, and be skilled in plated desserts, afternoon tea items, breads and petit fours.
