About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organization within the Property & Casualty insurance industry undergoing a significant business and technology transformation.
They are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across technology, operations, and core insurance functions.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading multiple business and technology projects across the P&C organization.
Partnering with Underwriting, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other key stakeholders.
Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery.
Supporting application modernization, system migrations, and business process improvements.
Leading requirements gathering, UAT planning, and implementation activities.
Coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Identifying project risks and driving issues through resolution.
Providing clear project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Skills
The ideal candidate will have:

8+ years of project or program management experience.
Strong Property & Casualty insurance experience.
Experience supporting areas such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations, or Finance.
Proven experience leading complex business and technology transformation projects.
Experience with UAT, requirements gathering, system implementations, and process improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and dependencies simultaneously.
Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications are beneficial.

Stamford, Connecticut area
Hybrid working environment with three days onsite.
Compensation
$106,000-$178,000 base salary
