Account Manager

This is an account management role inside the specialist foodservice marketing agency that’s known and renowned for its work on household-name food and beverage brands.  

Most Account Managers stepping up hit the same wall: they’re running accounts on paper but acting as a messenger in practice, passing briefs between the client and the studio without ever shaping the relationship. This is a role that’s been purposefully built to avoid that.

The Role
You’ll own a cluster of independent client accounts end-to-end across brief, delivery, budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluation. You are the primary day-to-day contact, with genuine authority to run these relationships your own way. These are real, revenue-generating accounts with commercial weight behind them; they sit below flagship status, which means room to grow them rather than just maintain them.

Integrating into the wider client services team from day one, with a clear runway to lean into that flagship work as you find your feet, you’ll also mentor Account Executives and contribute to new business along the way.

The Person
You’re a capable Account Manager, likely a year or two into the level and on the cusp of stepping up. You currently run multiple accounts end-to-end at a comparable agency, owning scopes, budgets, timelines, client relationships, and you can take an independent portfolio on self-sufficiently. 

Food service or FMCG experience is a strong bonus, not a requirement. What matters most is that you can run the work well and want more room to shape it.
