Catering Manager

The Trustees of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust wish to appoint an experienced Catering Manager to join our friendly team at St John Fisher Catholic Primary. The successful candidate will have proven knowledge in kitchen management with excellent organisational skills. Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust consists of three Primary schools who work closely together.

Desired qualifications Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene for Supervisors or equivalent

The successful candidate will be able t

Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food to the required statutory

regulations and school standard

Maintenance of the highest standards of health & safety and hygiene

To ensure that methods of preparation and presentation comply with current recognised catering standards and food safety legislation

To order raw material and supplies, check deliveries and ensure all raw and cooked food is correctly stored

To be responsible for the monitoring of menu planning and ordering
