Key Responsibilities

As a Waiter, you’ll play an important role in delivering a polished and welcoming guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional, attentive service to guests and visitors.
• Preparing the restaurant for service, including table settings, linen, silverware and mise-en-place.
• Developing a strong knowledge of menus, food preparation and drinks.
• Serving food and drinks accurately and at the correct time.
• Responding to guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating where appropriate.
• Keeping restaurant areas clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
• Working closely with Restaurant Managers, Sommeliers and other departments.
• Running your section efficiently and maintaining excellent organisation.
• Supporting other areas of the hotel when required.
