Site Assistant

You will be responsible for:

Site Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out day-to-day repairs, redecoration, grounds upkeep, and basic plant/heating system operations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Manage safety registers (Asbestos, COSHH) and perform routine compliance checks (fire, water, and equipment).

Security and Emergency Response: Act as primary keyholder, set intruder alarms, handle out-of-hours emergencies, and manage seasonal hazard response.

Cleaning and Logistics: Maintain hygiene standards, operate cleaning machinery, track supplies/PPE, and set up rooms for school events.

Contractors and Administration: Supervise external contractors, report defects, keep digital/paper records, and uphold school safeguarding policies.
