We are currently recruiting for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join a prestigious client site in Cambridge.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing a high standard of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
• Welcome and sign in visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
• Manage visitor access and reception procedures
• Handle general reception and administrative duties
• Maintain a smart, professional, and welcoming reception area
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues

Requirements

• Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Smart presentation suitable for a professional environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised
• Confident using computers and standard office systems
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
