Part Time Family Assistant / Housekeeper R2039

A Part Time Family Assistant / Housekeeper is required for a family with 3 children, aged G12, B8 & G6 years old.

Girl – 12 – Horses riding / crafts / some sports

Male – 8 – Football / scootering / skatepark / Nintendo / any sports – Possible ADHD (he is super bright and plays football at academy level)

Girl – 6 – She enjoys doing everything really especially crafts / making up games / roller blading / scootering

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Family Assistant / Housekeeper to help keep our busy family home organised and running smoothly. We have three children aged 12, 8 and 6 and are looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term part of our family’s routine. This isn’t purely a cleaning position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys organising a household, is good with children and is happy to turn their hand to whatever needs doing.

The role could include:

* General tidying and keeping the house organised

* Changing beds and managing bedding

* Laundry, folding and putting clothes away

* Keeping the kitchen tidy, dishwasher etc.

* Food shopping and keeping household essentials stocked

* Preparing meals / basic cooking and batch preparation

* Occasional errands, collections or returns

* Helping keep the children’s clothes, school items and activities organised

* Occasional school runs / collections

* Preparing food for the children

* Helping with the children when required

* Generally spotting things that need doing and taking care of them

We are particularly looking for someone who is proactive and organised. We’d love someone who gets to know the household and routines and can see what needs doing without needing a detailed list every day.

Hours/Days

Approximately 15–20 hours per week. We’re happy to discuss how these are structured and can offer some flexibility for the right person. Ideally the hours would be spread across 3–4 weekdays. There may occasionally be opportunities for additional hours.

Pay gross per hour

Dependent on experience £18 – £20
