HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator | Newton-le-Willows | £14.50 per hour | Permanent | Full-time

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Newton-le-Willows, who are looking for a confident and capable HR Coordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting employees and managers, and playing an important role within the HR function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
• Supporting managers with HR queries and processes
• Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
• Supporting absence, attendance and employee relations processes
• Coordinating training and development activities
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
• Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate records
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience within an HR or people-focused role
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence dealing with employees and managers
