Location: Stratford 
Salary: £13.26 per hour (Grade E) 
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm, Friday 9:00am–5:00pm 
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home 
Contract: Temporary

 

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team in Stratford, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.

The successful candidate will primarily be based on reception, while also supporting the team with general administration and inbox management. This is a varied role involving regular interaction with members of the public, including those attending meetings with social workers.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days working from the office and two days from home.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming reception service
• Greeting and assisting members of the public and visitors
• Supporting members of the public attending meetings with social workers
• Managing incoming inboxes and responding to queries appropriately
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative requirements
• Maintaining a professional and helpful approach at all times
