Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi) – Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, stable shifts, weekly pay, and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a FLT Driver, FLT Operative or Forklift Truck Operator and are looking to develop their skills within a warehouse setting.

Rates of Pay:

• £16.82 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Night Shift 22:00-06:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Forklift Driver are:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and effectively within the warehouse
• Preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Receiving, checking, and booking in stock accurately
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
• Moving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse
• Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
• Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Forklift Driver, you will need:

• Previous Counterbalance, Reach or VNA FLT experience with a valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted)
• A basic level of English, both spoken and written
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude

Training:

• In-house training on Bendi/Flexi & FLT familiarisation.
• Ongoing support throughout employment
