Parcel Sorter – Bridgend (South Wales) | Full time | Weekly Pay

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting parcels efficiently on the conveyor belt ready for dispatch
• Ensuring parcels are sent to the correct delivery routes
• Handling heavy parcels safely in line with health and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working flexibly across a 7-day roster including weekends
• Reporting any parcel or machinery issues promptly to supervisors

To be successful you will need:

• Ability and willingness to work weekends and varied start times from 13:00
• Comfortable with regular heavy lifting and physical activity
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Previous parcel sorting or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
