A growing structural engineering consultancy specialising in residential projects is seeking a Structural Revit Technician to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of developments across the UK.
Working alongside experienced structural engineers, you will play a key role in producing and coordinating high-quality BIM models and structural drawings for a wide range of residential schemes. Projects include bespoke one-off dwellings, high-end private residences, extensions, refurbishments and larger housing developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Revit Technician who enjoys technical detailing, close collaboration with engineers and architects, and the opportunity to develop their career within a specialist residential consultancy.

We Are Looking For A Structural Revit Technician Who:

• Has experience producing structural drawings and BIM models for residential projects;
• Is highly proficient in Revit Structure and familiar with BIM workflows;
• Has experience detailing reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber and masonry structures;
• Understands design coordination within multidisciplinary project teams;
• Has experience producing technical drawings for planning, building regulations and construction stages;
• Possesses strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
• Has excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with engineers, architects and clients;
• Has the right to work in the UK.

As The Successful Structural Revit Technician, You Will:

• Produce detailed structural drawings, schedules and BIM models for residential projects;
• Develop and maintain Revit models for bespoke homes, housing developments and refurbishment schemes;
• Coordinate designs with structural engineers, architects and external consultants;
• Assist with BIM coordination, model reviews and drawing production;
• Support projects from concept design through to construction;
• Produce accurate technical detailing for a range of structural materials and building types;
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and client requirements;
• Play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments.

Package

• £40,000 - £55,000;
• Fully remote working;
• 38 hours per week;
• 7% pension contribution match;
• 22 days annual leave increasing to 25 with years of service, plus Christmas to New Year closure;

• Quarterly bonus (5% per quarter, up to 20% per year).
