KS4 Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a committed and reliable individual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide in-class support to learners, helping them to engage with learning, develop positive behaviours, and make progress. The role will also involve supporting the promotion of reading and literacy across the Centre.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience of working with children and young people, ideally within an educational or alternative provision setting

The ability to build positive professional relationships with learners, colleagues, parents and external agencies

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Effective administrative and organisational skill

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and use their initiative and work independently when required.
