Graphic Designer

This independent luxury eyewear brand is building its creative team from scratch, with a simple mission: to raise the creative bar at a brand that turned the culture of a single American city into a fashion label. 

Founded in 2013, it’s now a multi-million-dollar business. Its frames have been worn by some of the most recognised names in music, sport, and film, and stocked at the country’s leading luxury department stores. But the more interesting detail for a Designer is how the brand thinks about retail: stores built as immersive cultural theatre – recreating the city’s biggest street celebration indoors during launches.

The Role
You’ll work directly with the Art Director to shape brand storytelling across every touchpoint- e-commerce, marketing campaigns, social, email, paid, packaging, retail signage, and in-store collateral. The scope is 360 degrees, which is unusually broad at this level, and the intent is deliberate. 

This is concept-led work: developing creative for product launches and seasonal campaigns, building mood boards, contributing early thinking. Production-ready files and brand consistency are part of it, but they aren’t the point of it: the point is elevation.

The Person
Three to five years in, either agency-side on luxury, high-concept work or in-house at a lifestyle or luxury brand. What matters isn’t sector – it’s sensibility. 

You’re idea-driven, with a strong portfolio that displays fluency across InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and spans typography, layout, and visual storytelling across print and digital. Personal or editorial work alongside commercial projects is a genuine plus.
