About the role
We’re hiring an Electrical Estimator to join a leading Omagh-based electrical contractor, with hybrid working available.
You’ll take ownership of estimates from enquiry to tender submission, producing accurate, competitive bids and working closely with Contracts, Procurement, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in winning high-quality projects across a variety of sectors.
- Prepare electrical estimates, cost plans and tenders.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Complete take-offs, cost analysis and risk reviews.
- Secure best value from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support bid strategy, programmes and technical submissions.
- Use estimating software, AutoCAD and Revit.
- Attend site visits and build strong industry relationships.
About you
- Electrical background with estimating experience.
- Confident using estimating and costing systems.
- Commercially aware, detail-focused and highly organised.
- Strong negotiation, IT and decision-making skills.
