Senior Cloud Network Engineer
Hybrid (3 days onsite) Farmington Hills, MI
Type: Full Time Opportunity (not open to contract)
Salary: up to $145,000 base

We're hiring a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable network infrastructure across AWS, Azure, OCI, and on-prem environments. You'll work hands-on with Cisco and Meraki platforms, multi-cloud connectivity, and hybrid architecture, partnering with infrastructure, security, and application teams to keep our platforms stable and well-integrated.
What you'll do:
Design & support secure network solutions across AWS, Azure, OCI, and on-prem
Manage hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity (VPN, SD-WAN, direct connect)
Administer Cisco and Meraki infrastructure
Maintain routing, switching & segmentation (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
Apply network security best practices (firewalls, PKI, encryption)
Support cloud migration and DR/BC initiatives
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree (CS/IT) or equivalent experience
3+ years cloud engineering experience (AWS, Azure, OCI)
AWS SysOps certification or equivalent
5+ years server administration (Windows/Linux)
Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD
Hands-on Cisco (Catalyst/Nexus) and Meraki (MX/MS/MR) experience
Knowledge of SOC2/ISO 27001/NIST frameworks
