Job Title Document Transcriber Summary We’re looking for a detail-focused Document Transcriber  to join our client on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. Based on-site, this role suits someone with fast and accurate typing skills, who enjoys organised administrative work. Responsibilities
Transcribe documentation into the client’s in-house system.Carry out copy typing to produce large print format documents.Scan and process documentation, ensuring accuracy at all times.Adhere to internal documentation standards and error-checking procedures.Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
Must-have Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus with high volumes of work.Previous experience in typing or data entry roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Word.Ability to pass a basic credit check due to the financial nature of the documents.Commitment to long-term work opportunities.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience working in a document-heavy, regulated environment.Familiarity with scanning and digital archiving systems.
