About the role
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Location: Wattisham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
Rate: £180 per day CIS (using own van) + mileage contribution
ARC are looking for a Multi Trade who has experience across a range of property maintenance tasks, including general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating and tiling. You’ll be responsible for completing jobs to a high standard while providing a professional service to customers.
The role involves carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair work across residential properties, including:
- Carpentry and joinery
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Tiling and flooring
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- General property maintenance and making good
