Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team and help ensure that all of our children can access learning, develop confidence and thrive.

As an LSA, you will play a key role in helping all children access learning and thrive. Working alongside our dedicated teachers and wider school team, you will:

• Support pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher.

• Provide 1:1 support to children with additional needs.

• Work with small groups to boost learning, confidence and independence.

• Help build positive relationships and a strong sense of belonging.

• Support children to overcome barriers to learning and participate fully in school life.

• Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

You’ll be an important part of our school community, helping children to develop not only academically, but also socially and emotionally.

Experience in a similar role or supporting children with SEND is an advantage, but not essential. We value the right mindset, attitude and passion for helping children succeed above all else.
