Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Leeds, to c£85,000 (DOE), Top national law firm – A new role has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join an impressive team in Leeds. JOB REF: 5408.

THE ROLE:
• This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team advising an impressive mix of organisations across the commercial, healthcare, education and government sectors.
• You will be involved in a broad range of employment matters, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues and helping them navigate complex and often sensitive situations.
• Take ownership of Employment Tribunal matters and complex employment disputes.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and become a valued strategic adviser.
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider National Service Line and firm.
• Support and mentor more junior members of the team, helping them develop their careers.
• Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the Leeds employment practice.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own caseload
• A strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
• Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
• Experience of advocacy is essential
