The school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils of all abilities are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and achieve their potential. The school is looking to take on a flexible Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, providing 1:1 support to children with Additional Learning Needs / ALN. The successful Teaching Assistant will help pupils to regulate, remain focused and engage with their learning, adapting their support to enable each child to produce the best work they can.
