This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or client-services professional to move into a specialist pensions role. You will receive comprehensive training, take ownership of your own workload and develop valuable expertise in pension transfers and client administration. Joining an established and supportive operations team, you will manage cases from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, pension providers, advisers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities for the Pensions Administrator: Manage pension transfer cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and within agreed timescales. Coordinate client onboarding, prepare and issue paperwork, obtain electronic signatures and maintain clear, accurate case records. Liaise with pension providers, clients, advisers and internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently. Provide regular case updates and deliver a high standard of client service throughout the transfer process. Manage your own portfolio of cases, prioritising workload effectively and meeting deadlines. Support advisers and the wider client-services function with administrative and operational requirements. Ensure all work is completed in line with internal processes, regulatory requirements and company standards.About You for the Pensions Administrator: Previous administration, client services or case-management experience within a professional office environment. Experience handling documentation, managing cases or working within a regulated or process-driven setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate client and case records. Confident using business systems and managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
