The Governors of St Brigid’s are looking to appoint a highly motivated School Business Manager with strong organisational skills to join the school’s busy office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the relevant experience in managing finance, with a knowledge of the Arbor MIS/Arbor Finance. This is a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, committed to our vision and passionate to support the future growth of our Catholic school. As School Business Manager:
You will have proven experience working within a school environment and the ability to manage the provision of key support areas of the school to support teaching and learning including:
- Financial and human resources management
- Resources and facilities management
- Data management
- Marketing and promoting the school
- Income generation and bids for funding
- Have a very positive ‘can do’ approach to all aspects of work
- Have outstanding communication skills both in person and in all aspects of telephone, written and electronic communication
- Being highly organised with relevant experience
- Being a first point of contact for parents/carers and visitors in our nursery setting
- Working alongside our nursery team to support day to day communication and running of the nursery
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, can use a wide range of technology, and have good ICT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
