We are a small one-form primary school situated in Bootle. The Governors and Headteacher of Linacre Primary are seeking to appoint a motivated, energetic and skilled cleaner to join our happy and friendly team. We are looking for someone who will be committed to providing a safe, secure, clean, tidy and well-maintained environment for our children and staff. This is an important and valued role. 

Previous experience within a school is not essential, but please identify suitability for the post within the written application. 

The position is permanent (Grade B, SCP 2), which will be worked as 13.75 hours per week term time + 4 weeks. 

References will be requested prior to interview.

• Will be responsible for the day-to-day safety and cleanliness of the school site

• Will be prepared to undertake any training as required
• is prepared to make a valuable contribution to our school
• has the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• is physically fit and able to move furniture and resources to be able to clean underneath properly.
