Internal Sales Executive

We are recruiting a highly experienced Internal Sales Executive to work for our leading client based in Kingswinford. Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to lead our Internal Sales team. The role will report into the Commercial & Sales Director.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day running of the Internal Sales function, ensuring excellent customer service and working closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are processed efficiently from enquiry to delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead and support the Internal Sales team.
  
  
• Ensure enquiries, quotations and orders are processed accurately and on time.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
  
• Liaise with Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  
  
• Monitor order progress and resolve issues promptly.
  
  
• Support team development and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Monitor team performance and departmental KPIs.
  
  
• Work closely with the Commercial & Sales Director to achieve business objectives.
  
  

 

The successful candidate will be: 

• Experienced in an Internal Sales or Sales Office role, ideally within manufacturing.
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
  
• Highly organised with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
