About the role

We are seeking a highly motivate, committed and organised individual to join our high performing Study Programme team.

The role will work as part of the Wellbeing & Inclusion team, to address and Co-ordinate the needs of learners who have an Education, Health and Care Plan. The successful applicant will provide an efficient and informative administration service within the Study Programme department, Co-ordinate and hold EHCP annual reviews.

The ideal candidates will have a commitment to improving the confidence, skills, abilities and future opportunities of learners with Special Education Needs aged primarily between 16 and 25.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Establish effective working relationships with learners.
  • Establish effective relationships with schools. 
  • Provide an effective communication route between learners, wellbeing officers, tutors and department managers.
  • Assess, monitor, support and record learner progress.
  • Conduct EHCP reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve timely results.
