Acorn by Synergie is actively recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in the Barnstaple, North Devon area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to join a busy production environment. The role involves producing and packing products, completing documentation and supporting the smooth running of manufacturing operations.

• Monday to Friday working pattern.

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

• Morning shifts from 6am-2pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am-12pm on Friday.

• Afternoon shifts from 2pm-10pm, Monday to Thursday, and 12pm-6pm on Friday.

• Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines.

• Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.

• Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off.

• Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment.

• Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.

• Support other production areas as required.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Analytical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work confidently with technical and numerical information.

• Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Proactive, professional, reliable and respectful approach to work.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic mechanical engineering skills, experience or aptitude.

• Good level of general health and wellbeing.

• Ability to work in an enclosed, indoor manufacturing environment.
