Here at Warwickshire Libraries, we are looking for a full-time Senior Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly team at Leamington & Whitnash.
The role of a Senior Customer Service Assistant at these libraries is a very rewarding job supervising volunteers and Customer Service Assistants. We provide many services to our customers, and no two days are the same and it is a privilege to promote and showcase our various activities and events to our community.
Leamington is an amazing area to work in and the role covering Leamington and Whitnash library also includes working in and with the staff at our library in Lillington. You would be joining an incredible supportive team of individuals. It’s a job that makes you want to come to work in the morning.
The working pattern will be as follows;
Week 1: Monday 8:30am-5pm Tuesday 8:30am-6pm Wednesday 8:30am-6pm Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday WHI 10:30am-4pm (30 min lunch)Week 2: Monday 8:30am-5pm Tuesday 8:30am-6pm Wednesday Day off Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 9am-4:30amSunday working 1 in every 6 on a Week 2For further information please see the Job Description and Person Specification.
