Customer Experience Advisor                       Stretford                     £26,000 – £27,000 doe

Responsibilities

• Customer Services – processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers, via email, phone and online portals etc.
• Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries
• Producing stock reports where necessary via email and telephone
• Confirmation and monitoring of orders from initial input, through to dispatch and invoice status.
• Liaising with couriers regarding claims for lost or damaged stock
• Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits.
• Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members.
• Creating proforma invoices

A knowledge of a CRM is extremely desirable for this role, either HubSpot, N-Vision or Salesforce and 1-2 years plus Sales order processing/Customer Care experience
