Lilian Baylis Technology School is a mixed, 11-18, inner-city school located in a modern building at Vauxhall, London. We are seeking to appoint an organized, proactive, and reliable HR Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will undertake a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, pre-employment compliance, managing the Single Central Record (SCR), data administration, and sickness absence management. You will also serve as a confidential and dependable point of contact for HR guidance across the school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous HR or administrative experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding.
