About the role
Night Receptionist – ADHOC
As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the night while supporting the smooth running and security of the hotel.
Pay: £18 per hour
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in late-arriving guests.
- Handle guest requests, queries and complaints professionally.
- Complete overnight audits and reception duties.
- Assist with security and ensure the hotel remains safe overnight.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or operational issues.
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
- Prepare reception and the hotel for the morning team.
- Provide a clear handover to the daytime team.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Front Office or hotel reception experience.
- Experience with Opera Cloud.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
- Calm and confident when handling challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently overnight.
