About the role
Night Manager – ADHOC
As a Night Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel overnight, ensuring excellent guest service, security and operational standards.
Pay: £20 per hour
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel as Manager on Duty throughout the night.
- Welcome late arrivals and handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Complete overnight audits and operational checks.
- Ensure the hotel is secure, safe and ready for the morning team.
- Handle unexpected situations professionally.
- Monitor and resolve maintenance, security and operational issues.
- Provide a clear handover to the daytime team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Front Office supervisory or management experience, ideally in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with Opera Cloud.
- Calm, professional and confident when handling challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
