About the role

We are seeking an individual to work with children across the school, including those with SEND to make sure that they are appropriately supported. We are looking for someone that promotes the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring that they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.

About our Academy

Fairfield Academy is a warm and welcoming primary school based in Scartho near Grimsby, offering a world-class education for children aged 3-11, with a dedicated nursery and early years provision.

What we are looking for

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, or other relevant qualifications in childcare
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English or equivalent level of competency
  • Experience of working with relevant age groups within a learning environment
  • Experience of working with children with SEND
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Team working skills and someone who would be a positive role model to our pupils.
