It is an exciting time to join our school, with our new state of the art building recently opening.

Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In our most recent Ofsted report (2026) we were classed as "green" in all areas, with significant recognition of our fantastic work on Personal Development and Wellbeing. In three previous Ofsted reports (2011,2014 and 2021) the school was classed, under one word judgement, as being outstanding. We are determined to build on this success by continuing to:

• Raising achievement at GCSE and ‘A’ level

• Developing our Learning and Teaching skills

• Enhancing the range of Memorable Experiences available to our students

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher to join our successful team. The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives.
